2012 will be happening in slightly over twelve hours. I've completed a new sketch for the occasion, although New Year's Eve celebration will make sure I won't be able to complete it before the year changes. Of course, if I look at the pic again tomorrow and find it to be of subpar quality, I'll just scrap it like so many others. Don't worry though because if that happens, I will cook up something new in its place.

Looking back at 2011, it's been a bumpy one. While my recently completed project, together with some drastic (but ultimately positive) events in my life, forced me to neglet my regular art updates for the past six months, I've felt that it was a good year for the most part. Still, I can't help but feel that's it has lasted for two years. I can't really remember what it was like back in January 2011, other than everyone around me going crazy over ponies.

I wish you all a Happy New Year 2012. May the Force be with you, live long and prosper, and remember: if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything. Right now, my mind is centered on owning a Cintiq 24HD. It will be mine. Oh yes. It will be mine.

Pictureless Holidays, Everyone!

I sure tend to crush everyone's hopes these days, right? Halloween went by without any new art, now it's Christmas Day and I haven't uploaded anything. The thing is, my recently completed art project, together with the usual real life hassle, have effectively hampered not only my art time but also my sleep pattern. Also, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day had the worst possibly dates this year. Had there been a proper weekend before them, it would've given everyone more time to concentrate on Christmas preparations.

Obviously, there's still New Year's Eve. I might be able to complete something for that date... but I cannot promise anything anymore. It might just be better to wait for 2012 now and try to relax as much as possible and gather energy.

Merry Christmas, everyone. Let's hope it's actually more merrier and less stressful next year, though.

COMMISSION: 8 commissions for JABComix

Yup, you heard right. That's the secret project I've been working on since late June. I know, I'm slow.

I suppose it's more than fitting that nearly after twelve years of browsing toon porn (and after fourteen years of drawing it) I finally had the honour of working for the cartoon porn king himself, JAB. I presented him eight Danny Phantom pictures, five of which center around Maddie and three around Paulina. One pic also features Sam and Jazz. I don't know when exactly the pics will be published on JAB's site, though, since I don't have any control over that matter. I can only assume it will be soon.

For obvious reasons, I am not going to post any of the images here. However, I'll tease you even more with descriptions I came up for each pic:

Maddie #1: All That Jizz
Maddie sampling non-ectoplasmic slime. Judging from her mood, the goo is positively-charged. Could be seen as a sequel for the fifth Maddie image

I made this reference collage for one of the pics in my almost completed project. That's right, it's all DP-related (what a surprise). I don't have a solid deadline for the project but since I'm really hoping to churn out something unrelated for either Christmas or New Year's Eve, it's safe to say I'm aiming for 100% completion before the year changes.

Also, you won't be seeing any of the project-related pics on this blog, nor will they be released on WWOEC (I've quietly left that place for good), Paheal or deviantART. I'll let you know more when the time is right.

No Halloween pic this year

Just what it says on the title.

After last year's Nun Maddie pic, I really got enthusiastic of doing another Halloween pic this year. However, as you already know, I've been occupied by a project which has taken up most of my art time. And if that wasn't enough, I've also been moving into a new apartment, which means I now have a lot of catching up to do with the afore-mentioned project.

I did have an idea or two for a Halloween pic so I shouldn't be without ideas next year. I'm also quite sure that I'm able to produce a pic or two for the end of this year, namely for Christmas and New Year's Eve, so just hang in there.

Nevertheless, have a Happy Halloween, watch MST3K and eat lots of unhealthy food. Oh, and keep those crowbars near you in case of Michael Myers or some other nutjob decides to pay you a visit. It won't kill him/her, but it'll buy you valuable time.

News regarding my old art, my upcoming art and art that isn't mine at all

There's an archive containing my art spreading on the internet, possibly originating from SVSComics. I wouldn't have bothered making a post about it but I simply have to mention it because there's some art included that isn't mine. I didn't have anything to do with the said archive, it's completely unofficial. I didn't download it but I saw from the image samples that whoever compiled the collection also included some softcore/pin-ups done by a guy called JaviDLuffy. I've spoken to JDL about the matter and he's not exactly thrilled about it but hey, there's really nothing either of us can do to correct the matter.

As for my upcoming official art archive, I haven't been able to work on it due to my current project taking almost all the time I have for my art. However, I'm hoping to get it done and released in time for March 3rd, 2012. That date marks the fourth anniversary of my published fan art so it should be fitting to make the release then. I'm also hoping to, ahem, tinker with some of my old pics – you know, create Special Edition versions. Don't worry though, I'm not gonna pull off a "Jorgé" and refuse to release the original, unaltered versions, no matter how bad they look in my eyes. As a staunch supporter of the original Star Wars Trilogy preservationism, I wouldn't do such a thing.

I know a lot of you are wondering about my secret project. I'm still not going to reveal too much about it, but I'll give you an update on how things are going. Right now, I'm in the process of inking all the pics I've done. All the stuff I've drawn lean heavily towards hardcore. I'm probably going to be occupied with this project 'till sometime around November, but I'll see if I can whip up a lightweight Halloween pic (I originally intended to make a really grand piece for this Halloween, of a character I still haven't done, but it'll have to wait 'till next time).

REFERENCE: Kazama's Mom and other 'Shin-Chan' women from S3 of FUNi's gag dub

I received my copy of Shin-Chan: Season 3, Part 1 couple of days ago and I just started watching it while working on this hopefully-soon-to-be-announced cartoon porn project. I was delighted to see that FUNimation had picked not one but two beach/swimming pool episodes to kick off the much awaited comeback of their Crayon Shin-Chan gag dub.

While I didn't get to see Shin's school teachers in skimpy bathing suits, they did show a bit of Mitzi (Misae) and, as a pleasant surprise, Georgie's (Kazama) mother, who even gets a scene where she's showing off her body. Yes, it's the Usui art style alright but still, this is one hot MILF we're talking about here. I don't even mind the grayish hair since the art style implies she's retained her looks rather well.

Another break from art... well, sort of

I've got some bad news, some good news and some excellent news.

Bad news first: you're not going to see any new art here for a while. Yes, I know I rarely update my blog these days and most of my art leans towards softcore these days but now it's going to get even worse. I might put up some new doodles during holidays but otherwise it'll be quiet.

Next, the good news: the reason you're not going to see any new art here is because I'm busy... with art. You can draw your conclusions from that. Yes, I know I said I don't do commissions but I was recently made an offer I couldn't refuse, by a person of high stature. I will post more information in the future if and when I have the liberty to do so.

The excellent news is that this offer will help me get closer to my longtime dream, which you know starts with the letter 'c' and ends with the letter 'q', with the middle letters being 'n' and 't'.

I'm not sure how long it'll take but in the end, everybody wins.

GIFT ART: Sakaki-san

Here's a picture of Sakaki from Azumanga Daioh!, drawn by ManiacalCarrot as a gift for my birthday earlier this year. As those of you that follow my blog know, Sakaki ranks very high on my of list of hot anime girls and I just love her in that culture day uniform – to be honest, I love her in pretty much any outfit but I like the more "formal" tone of the waitress outfit.

I'm especially happy for this piece because good Sakaki art is hard to come by (and the same applies to hardcore pics where Sakaki isn't fucked by Chiyo's dog, Tadakichi-san), as Kagura and Osaka tend to be favoured over her (and Tanizaki Yukari). But for me, Sakaki will always be the hottest of the bunch.

Time to start up the summer with some desert-themed art! As with all my Sam art, I dedicate this one to DarkDP. You da man!

While the idea of Sam in a cowgirl outfit may look random at the best, I suppose I could try to explain the backstory. If I recall correctly, DarkDP once made a picture of Sam working in model photography. This is pretty much the same, I guess.

I know, I know... Sam should probably be wearing black clothing. I decided against this because I wanted her to look more like an actual cowgirl instead of a movie villainess.

All I know is that if I were in charge of the episode, there would've been a homage to True Lies. You know what I'm talking about. And the episode would've never made it into production and I'd probably have lost my job.

ART: Toonmate of April 2011

We've seen those 'Playtoon' covers... but have we ever seen any centerfolds? If not, then here goes:



Obviously, I had to draw her sooner or later. I had hoped to draw a proper Jessica Rabbit pic as early as 2008 when I first appeared on the internet with my doodles. Still, I suppose it was better that I just kept practicing more and more... and I STILL feel that her boobs aren't large and perky enough! Well, maybe next time (whenever that comes).

I sketched the pic as early as August 2010 (!). I then worked on it as a side project all the way 'till mid-February when it was completed (!!!). However, I decided to save it for two reason:

– I knew I was going to be busy with my studies for the rest of the spring
– she's wearing a Playboy bunny girl costume, she's married to a rabbit and her last name is Rabbit... this is the perfect Easter-themed pic!
– to cause certain people to wonder why the hell wasn't I releasing the pic when it was done (hehheh)

I hope the pic isn't too dim, though. Again, I went for a James Cameron-esque lighting. Believe me, the man knew his shit back in the '80s. Too bad he's forcing 3D up our rectums nowadays.

But now I'm going off-topic. I hope you enjoy the pic.

'Darkwing Duck' is one of the finest cartoon series I've ever seen and I'm obviously thrilled to have it back as an on-going, faithful-to-the-original comic book series. I like how the series has that early '90s feel it and yet manages to retain classic slapstick and cartoon violence of the '40s 'Looney Tunes'. I could spend the entire section here praising the show but I must press on.

Also, an alternative version for those that don't wish to be disturbed by Darkwing's pervy gaze.

Ceiling Riffers are watching you masturbate

Nope, no new art but I just had to make a post about this.

Since I dislike inking my art so much, I try to make it as transparent to me as possible. Thus, I prefer simultaneously listening to something while working in Photoshop. I tend to go for movie audio commentaries and radio dramatizations.

Right now, I'm working on a pin-up and I just finished watching Inception with RiffTrax commentary. In case you don't know what I'm talking about, RiffTrax is a website offering humorous audio commentary files, done by the guys from the last three seasons of Mystery Science Theater 3000.

During the part in the movie where Cobb's team is trying to infiltrate the fortress in an arctic surrounding, there's a scene of a tracked Hummer going past the camera. The guys make a purposely lazy reference to General Halftrack from Beetle Bailey and then proceed to mock the said reference. After this, Bill says a line that caught my attention:

"But seriously, never ever google Miss Buxley."

I don't know about you but I pretty much interpreted this as the MST3K guys making a reference to none other than JAB.

I know, I know... there's also Julius Zimmerman who did a load of Miss Buxley pics. The thing is, however, that it is JAB who almost always pairs Miss Buxley with General Halftrack. W. C. Pope also did a couple of pics but I don't recall them featuring the general.

Also, completely ignore what Bill said. Do that search. But remember to turn SafeSearch off first! You'll get some interesting results.

Status Report

I am not dead.

There's so much studying to do ATM I cannot really concentrate on producing my art at a desirable pace. I'm currently inking two softcore pics, sketching one hardcore pic and I have recently finished my next holiday-themed pic, which will be revealed around Easter.

I also hope to get back on track and continue watching past anime and cartoon series.

Oh, and it's also been three years of dlt art today. If I weren't so busy, I'd celebrate with a Desirée pic as usual.

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone.

This one's actually from 2009, but it was originally a rushed pic and never properly inked or colourized. Since the original pic didn't look that bad and I really didn't have the time nor motivation to do a new pic from the scratch, I decided to give this one a go.

I also fixed some issues with the original, mainly inconsistency with Vicky's hands and fingers having the wrong art style compared to the rest of her body. Timmy also looks a lot better now.

ART: Maddie After Dark

Here is my first pic for 2011 and the first post to make use of both the new tagging system and the new way my images are organized. I present you...

Yeah, I know. I promise, I will move on to new territories after this.

I have to admit that this one's a bit rushed. I originally had Maddie covering her, erm, funbags with her hand but then I just gave up as I had some problems with lighting and how her hand looked.

I was originally going to write the title in Spanish but eventually decided against it. Perhaps the reference would've been more obvious then (yes, the title is yet another reference to something) ;)

Blog Renewal

A new year means, in some ways, a new beginning. For my blog, it means a complete overhaul to make it better than before.

• I am currently planning to completely reorganize my entire catalogue of released art. The whole batch system that I've been using up until now is just way too complicated. From now on, I plan to do things in a much more simpler fashion - possibly just numbering everything. Commissions, Lite Art and Drawfaggotree will probably be kept the way they were, but I'm considering to integrate Special Art into my regular art. In the end, there isn't much "special" in those pics. The original purpose of Special Art was to separate art trade material, collabs, dedications and pics that I've owed to various people from my regular projects. In the end, though, nobody really cares about this difference
• I also plan to rearrange my tagging system. When I started my blog, I didn't take it very seriously. This eventually resulted in a rather messy list of tags, containing lots of unnecessary details. After renewing the system, the tag list should be rather simplistic. Perhaps even so simplistic that there's only four or five different tags

I have already completed some changes:

• I found out that Photobucket sucks dicks. As a result, I've relocated all the SFW commissions to Mediafire. Get them here (no password). This is also a test drive for the day when I'm uploading an archive of all my art so that you'll be able to get them in better quality
• This is the first post starting with the new tagging system. 'Whatever' now means posts that are just... well, whatever. There's no art, there's no huge amounts of texts - it's mainly just random news posts and other similar things that do not fit into main categories (art, text and so on)
• Removed a couple of links from, well, Links
• I've chosen a new layout, just for shits and giggles. This one reminds me of Half-Life (the first one), and that's a good thing. I also added a new subtitle for my blog, this time being a "classic" quote from FUNimation's original dub of Dragonball Z
• Hottie Appreciation Box is no more. Then again, it just containted the Stop Internet Censorship badge for the past year or so. However, I just noticed that the original SIC blog has pretty much been inactive since 2007, so it was time to replace the whole thing with something more useful. Make way for Now Following, which shows what cartoons, comics and such I am currently following. The downside is, it's probably not going to be very accurate since I tend to forget updating these things
• A new disclaimer with slightly better English and a proper title (the previous one said LOL WUT because I tried to be funny LOLOL INTERNET HUMOR)
