ART: Red for Your Wall

While I do believe that I saw Jessica Rabbit's lounge singer number first back in the early '90s, I did eventually witness most of Tex Avery's Red Hot Riding Hood cartoons just a few years later. Naturally, since I was still a kid at that time, it took me many years before I finally "got" the titillating aspects of both things, and started to appreciate the eroticism.

(Also, I suppose if you needed to add a third girl into the mix, Betty Boop would be the obvious choice)

Red is quite the looker. The quintessential showgirl, she's leggy, has perky tits (but not giant ones like Jessica, since showgirls tend to burn through a lot of calories), wears revealing leotards and has copious amounts of make-up. She is also not an easy character to draw: I would argue that the girl she inspired, Jessica Rabbit, is far easier to nail. Red's face is similar to Gwen Tennyson's from the original Ben 10 series, in that it has shapes that need to be absolutely the right size and positioned in the right places or otherwise, even the slightest misplacement will make it look horribly wrong, and what makes this difficult is that there is very little to aid you in that placement. At least with Hartman designs, you can kind of see or draw lines from the various angles, such as hair spikes, and figure things out that way.

Another thing that gave me a massive headache was Red's body proportions. The first cartoon, Red Hot Riding Hood (1943), has a slightly different construction and design for Red, which is more cartoonish and stretchy, and her head is quite big in that one. The later cartoons would tone down the zaniness and portray Red in a more realistic manner, such as The Shooting of Dan McGoo (1945), where Red's head is considerably smaller. The third short, Swing Shift Cinderella (1945), released later that same year, is a return to a more petite Red with a slightly larger head. As always, I used my old rule of "just pick the design you enjoy the most and base it on that" and went with the SSC variant, which I see as a hybrid between the original and the Dan McGoo one.

In conclusion, I don't know how well this turned out. But hey, the next time I draw her, it should look better.

ART: Pumping Paulina

Sometimes, you draw a sketch that you intend to finish.

Then, you get bored with it.

Then, you forget it.

Then, you remember it, but you can't either find time or motivation to work on it.

Then, you forget it again.

Time passes.

Again and again, the sketch pops up and you recall thinking, "this is a pretty solid idea, I should finish this one day!" – but you never do.

Then, one day, you happen to find both time AND motivation to finally go "fuck it" and get the job done. You notice that there are some problems with the girl's hands, some of the background elements/characters don't quite mesh together, and you end up tweaking the sketch a lot. You can no longer remember what certain pencil lines were meant to indicate, so you improvise. As long as the end result looks good, it doesn't matter too much.

I hope you don't mind the speed lines. I can probably create an alternative version for the Art Archive down the line without them, if there's demand for it.

In a little less than a year from now, it will be precisely twenty years since I started drawing characters from Danny Phantom in compromised situations, though I never went public with it until two years later. Looking back at it, I've generally moved on to other things, both with my drawings as well as my life, and while I've long since disregarded DP as a mediocre-to-bad series with lots of wasted potential, I still find myself enjoying its vast roster of outright fuckable female characters. I don't really look at erotic fan art of them that much, mostly because the artists I follow these days don't do them and honestly would probably not nail the art style to my liking, but I occasionally look at some of the old fan art and screencaps of the show. Paulina, Maddie and Desiree still do it for me.

I know I've been mostly inactive for quite some time and sadly, that seems to be the direction where my life is going right now, but there'll still be new stuff coming down the line (although mostly it'll be old, unfinished pics/sketches that I've slowly been completing). In fact, there is likely going to be a long-needed update for the Art Archive before the year is over! Now, I am not certain whether it will be another, separate "update archive" or if I will just end up taking down the original archive and replace it with an updated one. We'll see.

Next up will be a SFW pin-up. That one should go up on deviantART as well, even though that site is barely functional these days. What a mess. Then, I'll likely give you guys a heads-up of my future plans.

ART: Fanny Service

I apologize for the title of the pic, I got REALLY lazy.

Having re-watched the original Walt Disney feature film of Peter Pan recently, I was very much taken aback by just how incredibly sexy Tinker Bell is. Obviously, this didn't come as a huge surprise as I've seen the movie before (and particularly the early scenes with Tink, such as when she's checking out her own body while tip-toeing on a mirror and when she ends up getting trapped in a drawer) but it was a nice refresher of just how curvy and sensual her original design is when compared to the more recent, tamer 3D-animated outings that feature the character interacting with other fairies of her own kind. Also, I think her eyes are a lot bigger in the original 1953 feature film. Needless to say, her scenes stuck out to me as the most memorable parts of the movie.

Last May, I ended up sketching a rough image of Tink feeling all hot and bothered, and removing her panties while baring her sweetest parts for the viewer. This sketch persisted on my mind and I ended up revising it several times, until I finally begun work to finalize it around late October. A lot more adjustments had to be made and I still think the perspective is slightly off between body parts above and below her waistline, but I'm otherwise somewhat content with the results. I do believe I need to further learn how to shade my illustrations better, though.

Originally, I was intending the background to be leaves and vegetation, but I ended up scrapping that idea as the pic was already well over two months in the making and I just wanted to get it out sooner than later.

ART: Genie Girl

On March 3rd this year, it became exactly fifteen years since I debuted my art on the now long-defunct Wacky World of Erotic Cartoons forums. In Internet years, it's been a lifetime, and I will say I'm mostly content on how things played out with this hobby. My only real gripe is that I was never quite able to learn to produce art very fast, and my sluggishness, as well as my late arrival to the scene, has resulted in several collaborations never quite panning out (although I'm not entirely sure how serious ZONE ever was about working with me on a potential Danny Phantom animation, as it was an off-hand comment on a /co/ thread a long time ago – who knows, it could've purely just been a polite acknowledgement of my art and nothing else). Still, I can happily say that the amount of times I feel I've "phoned it in" have been few and far between.

I've met some great people over the years, formed strong and long-lasting friendships, learned new illustration techniques, participated in commercial work for pay sites, done a few commissions here and there, commissioned a few pics myself, had people in the industry like Derrick J. Wyatt (RIP), Grey DeLisle, Ralph Bakshi and Peter Bagge see and comment on my artistry, and, I hope I am correct about this, helped one Maddie Fenton to become a staple in erotic cartoon fan art. While I'm obviously not the only person to ever draw Maddie and most certainly not the first one, I would really like to think I had some part in her current popularity as a desirable cartoon MILF.

Speaking of desirability...

It is now a tradition that whenever I hit an anniversary, I will draw something with Desiree the (big-titted) Ghost Genie. This time, I missed out the actual anniversary date, but I figured I'd still have to fulfill everyone's wish (heh) and do something with her. I didn't have any plan when going into this, outside one: make her VERY horny. As such, the end result is her literally being hot and bothered, waiting for someone to get it up and put their love into her. deviantART viewers will, sadly, miss out on certain fluids that I'm not allowed to have there.

As I was wrapping up the digital sketch on my Galaxy Tab, I decided to toy around with some of those splatter tools that Infinite Painter offers and whipped up a quick background. When I showed the finished sketch to my friend despojo, he noted that the pic would make for a nice print...

Therefore, I offer you this in MASSIVE resolution, with the text and an opaque background as well as without either, so that you can fuck around and put this offensive crap on a t-shirt or a wall print or whatever you want. Do note, however, that these variants are only available via dA (without liquids) and Art Archive (when updated), so look for them in those places! The images attached to this post are purely samplers, as Blogger does not allow resolutions past 1600 pixels in width/height and compresses all uploaded images, even .PNGs. Just, please, if possible, don't use these to sell bootleg merchandise. The "print idea" is also why there's decorative graffiti and a crude attempt at digitally painting the colors on her, as well as all those filters to make the pic look more like an elaborate urban art piece.

ART: The Gloves Stay On

As those of you who have been following me since 2008 know, Dexter's Mom was the character that launched my puberty back in the '90s, thanks to the pool episode where she walks around in a green bikini. Alas, she is also one of those characters that you can very easily draw wrong if you try to stay on-model, and for that reason I've been scrapping most of the sketches I've done of her over the years. A shame, too, since especially in the show's second season, she is quite fetching with her GIGANTIC ASS.

While most of my inspirations usually come from either shows I watch, /co/ threads I browse, discussions I have with my friends or simply browsing random reference screenshots or scans, I think this one was very likely inspired by a delightful Herny piece of Mom displaying her posterior on what I assume to be the family's front lawn (and by accident, too, judging from her expression and the literal pool of mud she's laying in; either that, or there's some freaky pig fetish stuff going on). What I really like about the pic is that not only did Herny manage to make the awful re-designed version of Mom look attractive, he really nailed the extreme proportions she has and the sight of her big butt protruding so high from the ground made me really want to explore the subject matter even further...

In the end, I just went for a basic pounding-from-behind shot with her and Dexter. The alternatives are simply stripped-down variants featuring no dialogue and less various liquids.

I used CMG's S2 designs for the characters, as I believe those are the most appealing ones as well as the "default" designs that everybody knows and loves.

As always, you can find a high-quality alternative of the first picture on Paheal, although I suspect it may not exactly meet the criteria that the site has for uploads; therefore, I don't know how long it'll remain up before it gets taken down... so, hurry up! ART: Olga Hits Rock Bottom

A while ago, probably in late March this year if my memory serves me right, those of you who still frequent to 4chan and specifically its /co/ board may remember when the "mini-pitch bible" for the shelved Hey Arnold! continuation/spinoff, The Patakis, was leaked. Unless I am mistaken, this was the first time we got to see and read detailed information about the show beyond Arnold having left the city and Helga being a teenager, as well as the show being "darker" and "more mature" with its themes. Included were character bios for all of the Patakis as well as some additional information about what some of the episodes would've entailed, but for me the biggest attraction was learning about Helga's big sister, Olga. Considering that the vast majority of the few HA! pieces that I've released have centered around her, it's quite obvious which one of the female characters in the show is my favorite to draw.

I will say that overall, I am not a fan of the more serious, Arnold-less direction that The Patakis would've taken and I'm also not too big on Olga's predicament as being essentially a "failure". Having said that, I do suppose the creators thought of that as a nice way to get her back to living with Bob and Miriam and also create more fodder for episodes that could, for instance, deal with her trying to succeed in her new career choice, not to mention further develop what started out as a very strained, if only in a one-sided manner, relationship with Helga.

Anyway, the show didn't happen, but thanks to the leak, we got to see Olga in her new, slutty outfit, complete with high-heeled boots, a mini skirt and a tank top with spaghetti straps. The subject matter of Olga's new interest in acting also made for the most obvious porn parody theme: the casting couch.

The alternative versions feature a version of her without nudity (but with an added panty shot), as well as variants with and without cum.

As usual, you can find HQ versions of these on both Paheal (nude with cum, nude without cum) as well as on the increasingly shittier deviantART (clothed without cum; this one lacks the dialogue/reference to the producer due to dA's recent rule changes likely forced upon them by whatever tyrannical payment processor they are using). As for the clothed pic with cum, you need to wait for the Art Archive update, which hopefully should go up before the 18th of this month.

FUN FACT: the work on this pic started immediately after the mini-pitch bible was leaked, but wasn't finished until around early June, which is about two and a half months later (so yeah, this was started before the Frankie pic from May). I then ended up sitting on it for an additional three months as I got occupied with IRL stuff as I mostly do these days. Good thing, too, because I was able to spot one big mistake in it and fix it before the release.

ART: Frankie Time

(Yes, I know I missed out what was basically my 15th anniversary but it couldn't be helped as I am technically on a hiatus for the foreseeable future due to various things IRL occupying most of my time)

It is not very often that I draw Frankie Foster. This is mostly due to the fact that she's one of those characters who, in general, tends to work better when drawn off-model and those of you who have followed me for a long time also know that, with the exception of some early-in-my-career weirdness in '08 and '09, I rarely like to stray away from attempting to emulate a show or a comic's official style(s). For me, the biggest issue with the on-model version is that basically everything below her waist (her lower body is shaped like the bottom of a pill and her legs are literal sticks) doesn't translate well in cheesecake and/or porn, and I suspect this is also the case for most erotic fan artists.

The other big reason is that Frankie is not easy to draw on-model. I suspect this is partially due to Foster's Home being an early Flash cartoon, meaning a lot of illustrations you see moving are actually vector lines that get re-used and moved around – which, in turn, ensures that in most cases, the characters remain almost rigidly close to their model sheet drawings in many of the basic animation cycles. CMG is also a master at constructing characters from simple geometrical shapes and he has an insanely accurate understanding of proportions, dimensions, distances, negative space etc. It is not hard to draw Frankie's face, but it is incredibly challenging to ensure that her bangs don't come down too much, her nose is at the correct height, her head is just the right shape and so on. I lost count on how many times I had to make adjustments just to Frankie's face, and the initial Galaxy Tab sketch I did had the proportions and the distances completely wrong.

Despite her being a nightmare to draw as an on-model enthusiast, I like Frankie a lot. As for her show... that one I don't care for all that much, or rather where it eventually went, but I am happy that we got her, and I am even happier about her enduring popularity. There are some really talented people in the scene that have honored her: Fern/14Bis, Fluffy, ZONE, Garabatoz, King Cheetah (RIP), LHK, Aeolus06, Kotaoke, Kyde, CapyDiem, BlenderKnight, JCM2, Mangamaster, Tobias Wheller, teelokay, centinel303, Roger Bacon, Barley Shake... the list goes on. There's no way I can remember all of them, but I'm sure you can think of at least a dozen more that I forgot to mention.

As often is the case, my friend Toonspew helped me out with the dialogue. Make sure to get the high-resolution release on Paheal. Alas, that particular version has an error with Wilt's precum floating detached from his cock, which I didn't notice until after uploading it; this will be fixed when I eventually update the Art Archive with 2018-and-beyond releases, possibly later this year.

So, what's next? Well, there are several sketches I've done but the one I'm currently most interested in finishing is a rather sticky depiction of a pigtailed Bennington College graduate, according to a recently leaked pitch bible...

COMMISSION: Relaxation

This is my second commission out of three to someone who prefers to stay anonymous. Work started on late August, based on a reference image of two anime girls enjoying themselves in the water. The overall composition of the image was quite challenging, and it took me several sketches to get it to a point where both I and the commissioner felt it was good enough. The final sketch was made with the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ I acquired in late September for the purposes of both storing reference images and give me an opportunity for some private late-night sketching. This, by the way, has resulted in me being able to get a crap-ton of new ideas down, which you'll hopefully get to see start appearing after all the remaining commission work has been completed. Still, I am hesitant to call this a "comeback" since my situation hasn't really changed much from 2019. There's no way for me to predict how quickly I'm able to finish whatever I might sketch with the tablet.

ART: Topless Secret /// EDIT: Roger Bacon's Agent Xero Pin-Up

I know I mentioned the next pic would be one of the upcoming commission works, but I managed to whip up this little number on the side. Not to worry, though, as that commission is about 90% completed and should be done in the next week or so.

As some of you may recall, many years ago I commissioned JaviDLuffy to draw a picture of the Gray Lady from the MAD Magazine classic, Spy vs. Spy. This is a character I've lusted after for quite some time but I never quite managed to draw her properly myself. Thanks to my recent acquirement of a new Samsung tablet that's powerful enough to do some sketching with, I've been able to work on my art a lot more lately and as such, I've decided to challenge myself almost every evening to draw sketches of characters I've either never drawn before or I've had trouble getting right – the Gray Spy falls into the latter category.

What you are seeing here is the first time I've been happy enough with a sketch that I've decided to actually finish it! Therefore, you may expect to see her pop up in later artwork in the future.

Way, way back in 2019 (or was it early 2020?), I asked Roger Bacon permission to ink and colorize a very nice sketch of Agent Xero that he had made that I had seen posted on 4chan's /co/. He said yes, and it took me several years to finally get to it. There isn't really not much else to say about it, except that I did slightly enlarge her head and therefore also had to tweak the hair a little bit. Everything else, though, has been preserved. The completion year for the original sketch is purely a guess, as the picture had no signature and I had to look up details from the file regarding the date I had saved it. I'm more than happy to update a proper date to the pic later, if I ever learn it.

The background was a nightmare to do.

Bacon's (and ZONE's) take on Xero/Lacey Shadows will be a hard act to follow but I do hope to eventually pay my own respects to this character in the future.

ART: Tasting Youth

Well, it's already November where I live, but it's not like I tend to post a Halloween pic in time, ever...

Originally, I was hoping to do something non-DP but as luck would have it, I simply didn't have the time to pull it off. The big digital painting piece that I've hoped to do every Halloween for almost a decade now didn't materialize, and neither did the sketch of Wilhamena from OK K.O. – Let's Be Heroes! and Gruntilda in her sexy form (from Banjo Kazooie), done in the style of Stealth Brock, pushing their tits together, or the super elaborate Wander Over Yonder pic with Lord Dominator "taking care" of Lord Hater's army. On the bright side, I do have more spare ideas to use just in case I'm in a similar spot next year with the painting option not possible.

Time's a bitch, though, and this is why, instead, you get Spectra enjoying a young man's ejaculation perhaps a tad too much. High-res variant available on Paheal, as always.

Next up: commission #2 (for real this time; the sketch is already completed and now it just needs me to finish inking and coloring it)!

ART: Maddie's Corruption

Gearing up to finally tackle the anonymous commission #2 (currently in initial sketching phase), I realized it's been a very long time since I've drawn Danny Phantom – almost two whole years – so I needed to get some practice done to get back in shape and check how much I still remember drawing the characters. So, I let my mind wonder and figure if there was anything that would pique my interest.

I don't quite know where the inspiration came from, but I ended up having a massive surge of energy and creativity, and the end result was Dark Danny (a.k.a. Dan Phantom) from 'The Ultimate Enemy' fucking a lustful Maddie, who has somehow been corrupted by the evil entity. That's, uh, pretty much all there is to it. I will admit that I'm quite happy how it turned out as this one features a lot of tricky things that are usually hard to do in the show's style, like characters' body parts overlapping a lot. As often is the case in my fan art, there was no reference used and I simply drew everything directly from my head.

I showcased the initial sketch to DarkDP, LLToon and despojo, who all gave good feedback and critique on what to fix, change or improve. The only things that were really changed were the positioning of Maddie's feet and also making her ass bigger. This was also the first time I fully utilized a trick taught to me by Fern/14-Bis well over a decade ago, which is to flip the sketch horizontally and see if you spot any problems with it. I've only done that a few times before and never really quite bothered to fix most of the things I "noticed" as I figured they were minuscule enough.

I am dedicating this picture to DarkDP, as it features the character he took his nickname from and also because DDP is an all-around class act and a very kind human being. I've had the privilege of meeting this man and shaking his hand IRL and it's one of my most cherished memories from my "career" as a cartoon porn fan artist.

Also, this is still not Maddie/Danny incest! It's only, like, 50% there (remember, Dark Danny/Dan consists of Danny's ghost half and Vlad Masters' ghost half, hence why he looks so evil and deranged).

ART: LoL, I Wonder

A rare foray into the opposite of MILF art.

Having not seen the infamous episode of JLU where the de-aging process happens, I've only relied on screen captures to produce this image. This is why it's just a bunch of randoms gang- and blowbanging Wonder Woman. Harley Quinn is there only because she's the most familiar DC villainess for me, and after researching JLU episodes for Harley content, I became aware that she only appears in just one episode. The only screen capture I was able to find of that was low-res, so I ended up relying on my copy of Batman and Harley Quinn Blu-Ray to fetch the colour scheme to be used here.

You have 4chan's /co/ to blame for this pic's existence as threads focusing on Wonder Woman from this episode pop up from time to time, with screenshots focused on her cocksure or sultry expressions. This was also a good opportunity to practice shading and drawing abs, and hopefully I've succeeded in those.

COMMISSION: A Cheeky Comparison /// Large Deceased Extant

Similarly to the previous update from almost a year ago, I'm merging a commission post and a regular art piece post due to this blog seeing so little activity these days.

 

 
This is my first commission out of three to someone who prefers to stay anonymous. The picture was done through a slow-burn throughout the year, finally seeing completion around mid-July, although it has taken me this long to get around publishing it due to various events in my life keeping me quite busy, the biggest ones being a total overhaul of my desktop system, as well as my laptop going through a tedious fresh reinstall and recovery of files from multiple back-ups, forced upon me by a seriously corrupted OS install caused by an earlier update the fucked over the file system. As you can imagine, 2021 is the WORST year to be doing any computer-related updates or purchases, and it's been kicking my ass in so many ways, but I think I'm close to finishing the task. Come October, I should have a ridiculously more powerful PC at my disposal, although my personal life is still a mostly hostile envinroment when it comes to working on new art, and it looks like it might be this way either for a very long time, or perhaps forever. Again, this does not mean a complete retirement, but I don't see myself being able to pump out more than a handful of pics every year and once I have my remaining three commissions out of the way... well, unless money becomes a serious issue, I don't think I'll take new ones anytime soon.

Anyway, I wasn't supposed to be giving you a big update on what's going on but I guess it can't be helped, since I don't really make new journal posts anymore and both deviantART and Blogger seem to be broken on my Firefox-forked browser. Now, about the commission... it's a pretty simple one, as you can see, just Ms. Keane and Debs Turnbull pushing their butts together. The shading was adjusted by my now-fully-retired-from-erotic-fan-art colleague, LLToon, who I still keep in touch almost on a daily basis. The background is... I actually don't recall where I got the idea to draw the clouds like that, but it can tell you that I hated how clouds looked like in the PPG movie and I couldn't find any good cloud reference images online from Robotboy, so I rejected the idea of using either show's source for them.

Also, you'll get your daily dose from the leotards, but don't thank me – thank Dr. Piccolo.

I know I promised not to draw anything between the commissions that I still have to finish, but... I just couldn't help myself. The timing was also critical, as three important things happened at the same exact time:

1) a massive inspiration struck me
2) my PC building had reached a break due to technical issues combined with absolutely necessary parts having failed to arrive in time
3) I had some all-important "me-time" to spend

This all started over a week ago, when I was watching some of the more recent episodes from the fifth season of My Hero Academia with my afore-mentioned friend LLToon. Those of you who watch the show are very well aware that the tail-end of S5 is heavily focusing on the League of Villains, going through the origin stories of some (although not all) of the major players in it. As is a tradition between us, we do a voice chat over the show, comment and riff on it and also post out good and/or funny porn that find of the female characters from Paheal, Sad Panda etc. Well, as it had just happened, the episode we were watching focused on Himiko Toga, the blood-sucking, Bane-mask-wearing, knife-wielding psychopath schoolgirl, and one of the pics that LL happened to post in the chat was a fantastic picture by Bartolomeobari (image #3542314 on Paheal), where a Nomu is roughly fucking Toga, pushing her into the ground and – most importantly – spreading her straightened legs wiiiiide open. The picture, especially the roughness of it and Toga's legwork, reminded me instantly of my favourite Akko Kagari from Little Witch Academia erotic fan art by Materclaws (image #2158876 on Paheal).

I HAD to draw something similar. Trouble is, I can't really draw anime outside Crayon Shin-Chan and Vegeta from Dragonball Z, and to learn Horikoshi's style would obviously take freaking forever. This, then, forced me to think up an alternative solution: the main thing was that I wanted to do a pic of rough fucking, the girl's legs had to be held in place with force and straightened out for the desired visual kink and the character should be someone young, skinny and, I suppose, somewhat crazy – or at least someone you'd imagine being wild in bed.

Later that night, I was browsing Paheal for the art of BigDeadAlive (or BigDead93, as he's also known), who I like very much as an artist and who seems to share a lot my taste when it comes certain "petite" girls: he's drawn a lot of pictures of Nonon Yakuzure from Kill La Kill and Sucy Manbavaran from Little Witch Academia, and I've also seen both Akko and Toga featured, Lacey Shadows from The Modifyers and Star Butterfly from Star vs. The Forces of Evil. However, besides Nonon and Sucy, who BigDeadAlive seems to be very fond of, there's also another flat-chested, lean-yet-mean girl that's part of a property I've never acquainted myself with but which nonetheless features this character who I find delightful in erotic fan art.

No, I'm not talking about Etna from Disgaea. I'm talking about Jinx from Teen Titans (the original one, not Go!).

I have never watched Teen Titans, nor drawn any fan art of it. That might sound unbelievable, but I'm not shitting you. I was meaning to start watching the show back in... I think it was sometime in the late 2000s or so, but for some reason I never did. I was familiar with all the porn as early as when the show was actually brand new and those ZONE Flash animations of Raven and Jinx are still some of his most iconic work (though my personal favourites from him are The Modifuckers, Jenny being fucked by the rock monsters and the Kill La Kill "game" where Ryūko Matoi gets to enjoy some tentacles), so in a way I knew the show but, uh, not really. Thankfully, I had saved up some reference art from here and there, and the TT Wiki provided me with further screengrabs.

Since it was BigDeadAlive's art that gave me the final push towards fulfilling my inspiration, I figured I would dedicate this picture in his honor. Cheers!

Due to the nature of the pic being a tribute, this also "allowed" me to rest easy on not following the show's style to a tee. This is why you see a little bit more elaborate shading in the pic and Jinx wearing fetish clothing and nipple piercings instead of her usual goth-y stuff. ZONE's art served as the "official" look for the highlighted spots on Jinx and the guys' skin, as well as the shading and "look" of the cum and other various fluids show in the pic.

The initial bumps during the production were to slim down Jinx from the original Wacom sketch where she had a more MILF-y body (as I'm more used to drawing those) and fixing all the various perspective issues, as I had chosen a more "3-D" angle and, as a nod to both the original inspiration with Toga and Teen Titans' unabashed plagiarism of anime tropes to the point it probably got irritating for many viewers, I decided to 'tilt' the camera angle á la Battlefield Earth (pee-yew!), as a Dutch angle allows me to show most of Jinx's body without having to expand the borders into a giant square. Early on, I also decided that instead of getting double-penetrated, I wanted the other guy to give Jinx a facial instead...  but I also didn't want his ass and thighs to cover the goodies, so I borrowed yet another hentai trope, which is fading out a guy blocking the girl by turning most of his body transparent (this also allows me to avoid drawing most of him). Once again, I have to give partial credit to my friend LL, who noticed what were probably the worst perspective issues with the pic early on.

By far the biggest hassle, however, was creating the background. Hoo boy, I really did not enjoy that part of the process, moreso than usual! Teen Titans was one of those early shows that had digitally created backgrounds, from what I can tell, as there seem to be plenty of custom Adobe Photoshop brush work all over the walls, metal support beams, doors, pavement and so on. I could've tried to find out which particular brushes were used for the show but considering that it came out in the early-to-mid-2000s and was a professional production by Warner Brothers, I imagine the custom brushes possibly being either in-house creations or purchased from a third party, which either sells only to the industry and/or has long since stopped supporting said brushes. Hence, I just went to Google and did the ol' "custom grunge photoshop brushes" search. I think I spent about two hours trying to find and scrape together whatever I felt was fitting, and then four to five hours learning and creating the backgrounds. In the end, I still had to toy around with various clipping masks and blending options and... man, I don't think I ever want to draw a Teen Titans pic with a show-faithful background. Abstract shapes and transparent .PNGs from now on!

The pic you see here was mostly finished about five or six days ago, with the majority of the follow-up days spent on trying to find small details that I had missed, mostly untoggled clipping masks leading to colour bleeding, overlapping ink lines and whatnot. I have to give props to my friend despojo for having a keen eye on many mistakes that remained in the picture even after couple of days!

Originally, I had intended on releasing both the Keane/Turnbull pic and the Jinx pic later this year, possibly closer to Halloween, but once I saw another legendary artist – Hagfish – having a "Jinx moment" of releasing a series of Jinx-themed risqué fan art, I knew I had to join in on the fun. You can thank him for seeing these pics earlier than usual!

As my followers on deviantART probably now, starting from last summer I was put in a situation where I'm not able to work on my art nearly as much as I'd like to, and working through my remaining commission orders has been a bit of a hassle for a wide variety of reasons. However, my life has recently seen a bit of an upswing on a personal front and I feel more energized – and when that is the case, I tend to get a bit more productive than usual. A couple of months ago, when I was getting closer and closer to wrapping up a stripper-themed commission featuring Paulina and Star, I stumbled across Frederick's drawing of Tex Avery's Red Hot Riding Hood, done in the style of DC Superhero Girls. Being that I'm a big fan of Lauren Faust's art style and I also dabbled a bit within the miniature horse show fan community (though I never went too far... I think), I was very much pleased with what I saw! The gratuituous ass shot also helped.

I rarely do edits of other artists' works as I'm generally not fond of others editing my own works and I don't want to come off as a hypocrite. However, with this one... I couldn't resist. I've been itching to draw a Red Hot picture probably close to eight years now but for one reason or another, something's always been holding me back, be it time or my own lack of skills to pull of the perfect picture of her.

Also, I really wanted to see how the pic would look like as a smart phone wallpaper, although I figured it was probably a better idea to also do a covered-up version of her. You know, just to be on the safe side.

After that, things sort of got out of hand and I ended up turning the whole thing into a digital painting or airbrushed piece of sorts. I guess? I'm not entirely sure of the terminology. Incredibly enough, this didn't have too big of an effect on my commission output and eventually, I even found myself having a bit of free time while I was waiting for replies from the commissioner regarding any last minute changes which then allowed me to not only tweak the Red pic to weed out any potential mistakes, but also finish a partially-inked Kick Buttowski piece from 2011. Sometimes, life is good.

In the end, however, the biggest thanks will obviously go to Frederick-Art not only for coming up with and drawing the original picture but also for graciously giving me permission to release the edit(s) for you all to see. Enjoy!

COMMISSION: Beyond Cheerleading /// Perked Up Kendall

I usually try to separate commission-related art and regular art into separate posts but since this blog is mostly unused these days and serves primarily as a way for people to find and download my Art Archive (which I'll likely update later this year/early next year to v1.1), I figured I'd post these two pieces under the same post so that the earlier one (the commission) doesn't go unnoticed.

 

 

Third commission for ellampalli92. After a brief foray into Total Drama Island, we're back with the tried-and-tested duo of Paulina and Star from Danny Phantom! This one was in the making for somewhere around two years, with various interruptions ranging from mild to quite serious and life-changing causing huge delays. COVID-19 also didn't help.

 

The original concept was simply "Paulina and Star as strippers, plus two female background characters waiting tables and offering lapdances in the foreground." The additional characters were picked by the commissioner from screenshots I offered to him, taken from the episode 'Beauty Marked' where Danny and Tucker are selected to be the judges of a teenage beauty pageant. He ended up choosing Ashley, the dark-skinned girl with big hair, and Brittany, who's like a '90s California babe with a nose from an Ancient Roman statue. Both characters also happened to have canonically big tits, though I ended up exaggerating Brittany's a little bit.

 

Other than the afore-mentioned description and the identities of the background girls, I was given full freedom on doing whatever I wanted with the pic. Of course, I had to go for a cowgirl theme for Paulina and have her twirl around the pole. The poses were imagined by yours truly, and actually researched with real strippers well before the coof hit! This is all thanks to my pal MechaGhidorah, who "made the ultimate sacrifice" by conducting a field study by having professional exotic dancers carefully observe six rough sketches each depicting different poses and then proceed to pick out ones they deemed to be the best as well as the most realistic/believable.

The background elements are more-or-less based on movies such as Showgirls (1995) and Striptease (1996), as well as various striptease contests and clips I've watched since the early 2000s. The glitter effect for the curtains, however, is authentic to the DP art style as the episodes 'Lucky in Love' and 'Pirate Radio' both contain examples of how to do that effect. Indeed, I actually raided my DP DVD box set and went through probably close to 20 different episodes, taking screenshots and hunting down references, including the DP way of drawing a United States Dollar bill.

The additional characters (as in, the clientele) consist of Danny, Tucker, the businessman Danny saves from Desiree in 'What You Want' and an original creation, which I based mostly on Dan Hedaya's bad guy roles in '80s action movies, with a dash of aesthetics from the fashions in Rising Sun (1993). Brittany, who's giving a lapdance to the OC, is wearing an outfit heavily inspired by the infamous cover of Toshiki Yui's Hot Tails #6. I did forget to add the gloves but then again, if you search my blog for the Heather Asplund pic I did for ThaMan many years ago (look up for the 'johnny bravo' tag), you'll see that this wasn't the first time I've paid tribute to this tantalizing lingerie design.

The original commission was not supposed to have this elaborate of a lighting but I ended up having trouble figuring out how to pull it off with just regular DP shading, hence I went back to the commission I did way back in 2011 for Aeolus, featuring Chip Skylark from The Fairly OddParents doing a rock concert with Ember McLain, and literally lifted the design in which I did the stage lights and their effects from that pic, and then proceeded to toy around with various blending options and colour layers on top of all the characters until I was satisfied with the end results.

 

 

This one's a short piece I couldn't resist finishing between commissions since it was such an easy piece to do and I had already begun work for it way back in 2011. Some of those who frequent /co/ (or at least used to in the early 2010s) might recall me once popping by a thread and posting an annoyingly small, censored WiP of this image and then failing to deliver in the end. Well, one of you apparently contacted me via deviantART and proceeded to inquire me about the status of the pic and made a plea for me to finish it. I usually don't do requests and I'm honestly in a bad spot these days to even draw in general but... what the hell, might as well make someone's wish come true, I suppose? So, here you go.

Now, to piss you off again: this pic was originally part of a multi-series image set of Kick and Kendall fucking like rabbits in various "extreme" poses but I will make no promises of ever finishing those, since only a rushed sketch exists of image #2 and that's about it. It might happen if I ever decide to finish Kick Buttowski, but I don't see that happening anytime soon either (even though I admit enjoying the show). Sorry about that!

ART: High-cutting It Close

This is my first picture since fucking March this year. In my defense, I've gone through health problems, multiple art blocks, a staggering heatwave with a partially broken A/C unit, the attempt of finally compiling and releasing the infamous Art Archive (which I did, back in August) and various IRL things I wish not to disclose here. Drawing this one took place over the course of 2½ weeks, most of which was spent on crafting one utterly failed pencil sketch after another – in the end, I said "fuck it" and migrated to my Intuos, and I finally began seeing results. I can still find several problems in it, but unfortunately I do have a somewhat busy week ahead of me, so I must release the pic now or else wait for another two weeks for it... and I do want to have it featured.

The main reason I created this image was to get over the latest art block, as I usually do not have time to commit to art jams as much as I would like. Granted, delta0shadow's choice of theme was very alluring, and it did provide an opportunity for a more straightforward-yet-effective piece instead of something elaborate. The background elements are mostly based on the visuals from The Jungle Movie while Olga's design is the one seen in the original show. I played around with a variety of different swimwear before settling down on a classic high-cut one-piece. I mean, why not just go for something simple for a change?

ART: Still Desirable

Here's my primary contribution for celebrating my first ten years of cartoon smut: a remake of the picture that first gave me major exposure on the now-dead WWOEC forums exactly ten years ago. Unlike the original picture, which was inked on paper and then cleaned up and re-inked on Photoshop (using the Line Tool, because I was fucking n00b), this one started out as a rough pencil sketch with everything else done using both an Intuos tablet and the Pen Tool in Photoshop. Having said that, there still are probably much easier ways of getting this shit done but I wouldn't know anything about them. Nonetheless, I do know a lot more than I did back in 2008. The bad news is that while my knowledge has accumulated, I'm still a slowpoke – this one took me an entire week to get completed. Good thing I have a ridiculously fast computer to handle this shit with ease, and these days I actually know how to optimize Photoshop so that it's not constantly trashing my hard drive or having performance issues.

Today, I have my own way of drawing cum, although I would still credit Shabby Blue and TDK as being influential on how to do it. After all, it was their style that I (hopelessly) attempted to imitate in the original piece. I didn't care about it back then but looking back at the picture now, I actually prefer the clean version now because the cum just looks so horribly done.

Instead of just one guy, there's now four of them. I used Danny's colours from the old pic for one of the dicks, my current Danny colour palette for two of them and Kwan's for the bottom left one. Still, it could just be a bunch of random dudes, I don't know. Does it really matter? Of course not.I will dedicate this not just for Desirée fans, but to each and every one of you who have been supporting my fan art throughout the years. Thank you!

 ...and yes, as with the original one, there's a clean variant. It certainly is missing something without the cum but then again, you can't upload drawings of women covered in semen on deviantART. However, I do know that some folks don't care about all the mess. The dA version comes with three different sizes. As for the regular one, you can get medium-sized one from Paheal and the high-resolution version will be available in the art archive released later this year.

FUN FACT: the gradient-filled background is actually the very same one from the original picture. In fact, I simply copied the layer from the old working files (which I still obviously have) and pasted it into the new one. The only new things I added are the faint clouds

ART: Things to Come

Welcome to 2018.

This is the first picture of the year and will kick off what is hopefully a wonderful year for everyone, but also for those of you who are fans of my art. This time, I couldn't decide whether to make this a horizontal or a vertical image, so as a compromise I made it a perfect square! As usual (and rather clichéd at this point), I've chosen to tackle the age-old "Hollywood musicals of the past" theme that I find so alluring time after time. However, there is a twist with this particular image: besides the obvious cheesecake and an embarrassing joke on Danny's expense, there are hints about my future artistic endeavours. As the title suggests, there are things to come.

ART: The Superior Sister

 
2017 is coming to an end and I gotta say, I am quite happy that it's over. This year has probably been the most taxing one in my life and I suppose it's fitting that I'm there to send it off while having a headache and suffering from a cold. On the bright side, my studies are completed, I have successfully weaned myself off of Star Wars (I'll still rewatch the old movies in their unaltered, original forms and revisit classic Expanded Universe material that I already own, but there's no fucking way I'll financially support the franchise in its current form) and... uh... well, I couldn't think of a third thing to mention here. I guess that's saying a lot about this year.

Because of my current state, I have not been able to finish the actual New Year's Eve picture I was hoping to post. While I've completed inking it, there's still colouring and shading to be done, and I just didn't have the energy to finish it in time. Thus, you'll instead have to deal with a regular release in its place.

Two years ago, I finally watched Hey Arnold! for the first time in my life and after binging on all of the seasons and the movie, I gotta say it's a great fucking show and a top contender for being one of the greatest cartoon shows of all time. Because of my late arrival to the scene, I was stuck with immense luck by having to wait only two years to see The Jungle Movie (which I saw last week and loved; a review might follow soon-ish). When it was first teased, the hype started immediately and HA! threads were popping up all over /co/. In one of these threads, there was a poster who lamented the lack of, and I quote, "/fit/ Olga fan art," and suggested that "she probably has the body of a model with all the awards she has." Well, I happened to see that post and I screencapped it as a reminder and a motivator. What you see here is a drawing that was partially inspired by it, as well as screencaps from TJM that showed Olga looking a lot more sluttier than usual and also appearing to be very flirtatious. There are also somewhere around 5–6 Olga sketches I made earlier this year, and  these will be eventually finished, hopefully during next year.

So anyway, that's all I really had to say. Have a safe and a happy 2018, everyone! You'll get the proper celebratory pic hopefully next week.

ART: The Bad Girl

Let me start by clarifying a few things. First, I know this is not a real Halloween-themed picture, since it's not horror-themed nor is it about a character dressed up for a costume party. I've been under a lot of stress lately so I've not been able to draw or brainstorm ideas as much as usual (besides, I had to sidetrack for a moment and get one quick Cuphead-themed pic out because I, in a completely selfish move, wanted to be the first to draw Rule 34 of a specific character in the game). Second, I'm not and never was that big of a fan of Wander Over Yonder. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's a bad show and I honestly wanted to like it a lot because I'm a huge fan of Craig's work – both his art design and his style of comedy and writing – but there were two things about it that I had a problem with: Wander occasionally acting hyper, and Lord Hater being an insecure teenager under all that metal-laden bad-assery. While I'm not sure if the former was an intentional thing, it is well-known that the latter originated in the pitch bible and was meant to be a staple source of humour in the show. I couldn't stand that aspect of him and how it was purposely mined for awkwardess, and would've rather preferred him to be played straight where his ruthlessness is natural, it's just that he's not always an effective villain. The series finale, despite being rushed, did provide a very cathartic moment for me when Hater finally had a moment of glory where he proved to be the baddest of 'em all. In the end, I do appreciate the show for what it is and what it was trying to do, and was not at all pleased when it got canned before they could explore Hater's origin story.

Having said all that, there's one aspect of the show that was introduced in the last episode of the first season that totally got me off-guard and gave me a reason to give it a second chance (which failed, because I still didn't like Hater being a whiny douche spouting valley girl jingo). I am, of course, talking about Lord Dominator. While being a completely irredeemable character means she's not good waifu material in my eyes, Dominator has one of the best designs I've seen for a cartoon girl in a long time – something of a rarity in these days when every show tries to ape the character visuals of Adventure Time or Steven Universe. Like many of Craig's designs, Dominator looks relatively simplistic to draw but in reality it can be pretty tough to get her to look right. This is why it has taken me a long time to nail her down and eventually come up with a presentable sketch worth finishing. While I toyed with a couple of different ideas, some cheesecake-y and some hardcore (and there was even a crossover idea with Undyne from Undertale feeling up Dominator from behind), there was this one pose that kept repeating in my doodles. I don't know where I originally saw it but I suspect it might be off of some early '90s pin-up of either a softcore model or a porn starlet posing for a magazine or VHS cover. This is also one of the few times when I decided to go off-model, because I just couldn't make the pose look good in her original design. This is why her midriff is so detailed and has way too many shapes and angles that are not part of the original character design.

Anyway, that's pretty much all there is to this year's "Halloween pic." Hopefully I'll have more time next year to come up with something more suitable for the season.
